3. Re-open cold cases with fresh ideas, focusing on unsolved murders and missing persons
4. Courthouse - Let's make it user friendly and not a place to fear or dread to go
5. Call and talk to a live person - no automated service that takes you around the world
6. Concentration of Deputies in neighborhoods, not in their car running radar for the Highway Patrol
7. Put the Interstate Criminal Enforcement Division back into the neighborhoods where we have drug
    dealers and related problems
8. Improve the service of civil and criminal processes
9. Improve the involuntary commitment process
10. Up-to-date information on known violent felons and closer supervision of sex offenders
